Xtreme Scooter Pro Shipping/Delivery Policy

Xtreme Scooter Pro recommends that you should take the time to read the following shipping and delivery policies.


X-Treme Scooter Free Shipping Policy

We ship our x-treme scooter models daily via UPS and FedEx Ground to the lower 48 states. Free ground shipping is included to the lower 48 states.

Large freight items to the lower 48 states generally include FREE shipping to the nearest freight terminal near you or to a business address with a dock.

Alaska And Hawaii Shipping Policy

Alaske and Hawaii must be shipped by AIR and those costs are additional and not included under our free shipping. We do not offer COD.

Air Rates can be found on the UPS website by searching for rates from our zip code 50208 to your zip code or contact Xtreme Scooter Pro for shipping quote.


X-treme Scooter Ground Shipping Policy

X-Treme Scooter uses ground shipping to ship our electric scooters, gas scooters, sea scooter, scooter parts and accessories.


X-treme Scooter Freight Shipping Policy

X-Treme Scooter uses freight shipping on our larger items such as the following XB models of electric bikes scooters.

These freight items are shipped strapped to pallets from our 30,000 SQFT warehouse. X-treme Scooter ships the XB models within the United States and Canada and ensures that each door freight delivery includes a lift gate.

Door delivery within the continential United States cost $50 per order, not per item.

Freight shipments to New York City cost $150.00. No exceptions to this fee. All carriers are charging this amount or more.

Door delivery to Canada is by a trucking company and shipping charges cost $200 per order, not per item.

We use R&L Carriers for 99% of all shipments going to 47 of the 48 lower states.

Shipments to California will go by Yellow Freight or Central Freight. We will choose the lowest cost carrier for each individual shipment to California.

The carrier and tracking number can be found on the tracking number e-mail we send back to you after it ships.

Expect all freight shipments (except Southern California) to go by R&L unless we contact you after the order is placed and tell you differently.

You can find the nearest terminal near you by visiting the shippers website HERE if you are not paying $50 for delivery to your door.

Important: Customers should be aware that in many states the shipper offers only 1 or 2 terminals and these could be 100's of miles away from your home address.


**ALL Freight Shipments must include the customers phone number. If we do not receive the correct phone number of the customer, the shipment will not be shipped or delivered.

The carrier will phone the customer to schedule delivery to the door.

Shipments picked up on the mainland at the terminal are free.

**All shipments refused at any terminal will have the shipping costs billed back to the purchaser.  Please be sure you are located near a terminal and have the capability of picking it up if you are not choosing the $50 optional door delivery service option.


Xtreme Scooter Pro Canada Shipping Policy

Only the X-10, certain XB models and parts can be shipped to Canada at this time because of Canadian Department of Transportation (DOT) reguirements.

Canadian X-10 x-treme electric scooter and all scooter parts orders need to be emailed to us by Clicking Here or call 1-403-348-7185 for a shipping price.

All XB electric bikes scooters models shipping to Canada please add an additional $200.00 to the purchase price to cover shipping cost.


Xtreme Scooter Pro Signature Required Option

We make a Signature Required Service available to all our customers at the time of purchase for a minimal fee. If this service is not purchased Xtreme Scooter Pro will not be responsible for packages that have been left at the recipient's door and consequently lost and/or Stolen.


Xtreme Scooter Pro Shipping Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

Most products will be shipped in 1-3 business days but please allow up to two weeks for deliveries. Check the map below for your delivery times.
