The Electric Moped Luxury XM-3150 comes with 5 (35 AMP) (VRLA) Silicon Gel Cell batteries & a 3100 w Brushless rear hub motor.

This electric moped scooter is available in Black only and is street legal.

It is DOT certified. This is NOT A TOY ELECTRIC MOPED SCOOTER.

There's every chance you will require a drivers or motorcycle license to operate the XM-3150.

This electric moped comes with an MCO certificate which you take to your nearby DMV office to substitute for a title (pink slip) registration & license plate.

The XM-3150 electric moped was made along side the XM-4000Li & XM-5000Li models, each of which have shown to be the finest quality electric moped scooters available.

This electric moped (which is a little smaller in size then those two) with it's direct drive transmission will achieve speeds of 45 miles per hour on a full charge & will certainly travel up to 55 miles.

The battery can be recharged up to 500 times or a life up to 5 years.

With front & rear gas disc brakes, the stopping power with this electric moped scooter is going to be both quick & safe.
